Services / Small Business - Graphic ID

We've developed package pricing to provide small business owners and consultants the high level of design talent our larger clients enjoy but at a small-business price. Choose a few items, or the whole package — it's up to you. The prices listed below are only available to companies with 10 or fewer employees and/or partners and may not be available at all times due to prior scheduling of projects by our ongoing clients.

Logo Development - $550 for a nice type treatment; add $300 for a custom illustration
Just as you want customers to hear your business name as often as possible, you should reinforce your presence from the visual perspective as well. Let us work with you to create a logo to establish a visual personality and brand with your current and potential customers. Read our philosophy on logo development, see logos we've done for other clients, or check out a sample logo/stationery project timeline. Download our logo development questionnaire (MS Word document) if you are ready to get started.

Here's what we'll do:

Stationery Design
Let us create print-ready design files for your business cards, letterhead, note cards and envelopes with your new logo. All items must be designed within the same order for this pricing to apply. See paper systems we have done for other clients.

The stationery design package includes:

In-Depth Color Consultation - $200
Some clients have heightened interest surrounding the exact color of their logo and how it will look in various media. For clients who desire in-depth consultation on this issue, we take extra time to examine the Pantone color book, select papers and educate you on the issues involved in color reproduction. This provides you with a high confidence level in your color selection before sending your stationery items to be printed. Read more about color issues in Resources.

HTML email - $350 and up
Many companies are collecting customer and potential customer email addresses and are sending targeted HTML emails. The difference between HTML and a regular email is that it can be designed to include branding graphics (such as your logo), columns and web or email links. Well-designed HTML emails will complement or match the look of your web site and other marketing materials to reinforce your brand. HTML emails are highly effective for promoting specials, sending enewsletters, offering coupons, and other reminders that keep your business in front of target customers. See emails we have done for other clients or read more about HTML email.

The price includes initial design of custom template and up to one hour of training to set up your Outlook software for sending the email. Email list management service setup (such as available at bcentral.com, jangomail.com or Topica.com) is not included, but is recommended for enewsletters. Setup is available with these providers for an additional $350 and up (depends upon list size and the number of lists).

Brochure Design - $600 or
Mini-flyer or Post Card Design - $500 (does not include images if stock image purchases are necessary)
Every business needs a marketing piece that tells potential customers who you are, what you do, and why they should care. Working with your new or existing logo, text and other images, we can design a high-impact panel card or brochure that lets your customers know why they need your product or service. See brochure and postcard examples.
